Seriously can’t get enough of the original jerky. It’s so frigen good. Got more at Clare rodeo. And a $30 big bag has lasted almost a week. I had to ration myself lol. About yo order more now.

I honestly can’t recommend Top Shelf Jerky enough. Being locally made and operated, it’s awesome to support a hometown business that genuinely cares about quality. The team absolutely nail it every time.

The jerky is made from premium Australian beef, perfectly hand-sliced and dehydrated — great texture, not overly dry, and packed with real flavour. You can tell it’s handcrafted with care. I order weekly and the consistency is spot on every single time.

My personal favourites are the Lemon Chilli Garlic (unreal balance of zing and heat), Sunday Roast (seriously tastes like a proper roast in jerky form), and the Chilli for that perfect kick. Each flavour is bold without being overpowering, and there’s no artificial rubbish — just quality ingredients done right.

Customer service is top tier as well. Jarrod & Kelly, runs a great family local business & it shows in both the product and the experience.

If you haven’t tried Top Shelf Jerky yet, you’re missing out. Easily 5 stars from me.

We visit the markets at Tonsley every chance we can to get our Top Shelf Beef jerky. My son loves the Sunday Roast but he enjoys all the flavours. We are always served by the most friendly staff who are more than happy to help. Best tasting beef jerky!
